MONTREAL – Most people who look at Sully see only a mangy collie and golden retriever mix with a permanently floppy ear. They don’t see the gentle, playful creature he is. Which is a shame. And something Montrealer Fern Breslaw wants to do something about so that Sully, and other dogs like him, can find homes.
